In 2008 we purchased the farm of Joyce and Laird Senft (New Force Angus) Lipton Sk.
We were solely a Red Angus herd and at the New Force dispersal we bought four Black Angus cows to establish Nu-Horizon Red and Black Angus.
Our program now consists of fifty purebred Red Angus and fifty five Black Angus females. As well as eighty Angus influence commercial females.
While Kodie continues to pursue his Agriculture Degree at South Dakota State University we decided to take a step back from selling females for 2020 and focus on updating the farms facilities. We also had to focus on our harvest since we harvested in both the spring and the fall.
Our bull and heifer pens are very deep this year and are excited to show case them in 2021.
